About IPEM
The Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad- established in 1996, conducts various Programmes in Management (MBA, BBA & B.COM (Hons.), Information Technology (MCA & BCA), Law (BA LLB, B.COM LLB & LLB) and Education (B.Ed. & Diploma in Elementary Education) since its inception with the Approval of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), National Council for Teacher’s Education(NCTE) and affiliation to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. In addition to Teaching & Research and carrying out many other Scholastic & Non- Scholastic activities, the IPEM has been conducting Conferences/ Seminars / Workshops / Guest Lectures on Regular basis. As part of this endeavour, we are organizing our International E- Conference on ‘Paradigm Shift in Business and Management: Challenges & Opportunities of Quality Sustenance and Enhancement in Higher Management Education’ on 27th January, 2024, Saturday.
About the Conference
- To create awareness among participants, scholars, and faculty of the paradigm shift in business and management and the opportunities as well as challenges arising out of these changes.
- To help participants, scholars and faculty develop an understanding of the need for emphasis on quality in higher management education.
- To help participants in developing insights of challenges and opportunities with respect to quality sustenance and enhancement in the sector of higher management education
- To bring forth the paradigm shift in the process of benchmarking, continuous improvement, and assessment of quality in higher management education.
Outcome Based Strategic Performance Management System With Stakeholders’ Perspective
Innovation and Managing Change describes the need of the hour for the business world all the more during last few years. Managers are continuing to plan and strategize for the future, which necessitates stable economic conditions. On the other hand, consistent and clear market ecology remains useful for decision-makers. In this regard, the conference’s aim is to bring together the best academicians, business executives, research scholars, and students from universities and institutions all over the world and the industry to share their perspectives, new ideas, and research findings on all areas of business and management.
This conference will be a platform for industry practitioners, academicians, entrepreneurs and research scholars to come to together, to learn, share and discuss current and emerging topics in management with thought leaders, technologists, and learning experts. Guidelines for Submission
INTERNATIONAL E-CONFERENCE ON PARADIGM SHIFT IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT: CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES OF QUALITY SUSTENANCE AND ENHANCEMENT IN HIGHER MANAGEMENT EDUCATION
- Paper submitted should be an original and unpublished work. Any paper submitted which is identical or substantially similar work already published or under review for another Conference or Publication, will not be considered
- Author(s) must submit an Abstract of maximum 250 words with 3 – 5 Keywords.
- Title Page: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Contact Details | Font: Times New Roman; Size: 12 points; Spacing: doubled spaced; Format Microsoft Word (*.docx).
- Abstracts and papers must be written in accordance with the 7th Edition of American Psychological Association (APA).
- The recommended length of the research paper should be between 3000-5000 words.
- Tables, illustrations, charts, figures etc. should be serially numbered and duly acknowledged.
- It should justify the theme of the conference.
- The paper can be Empirical research based, Case Study, Theoretical papers, Review papers, Content Analysis, Meta-Analysis etc.
- At least 15 references should be included in the paper.
- Full paper submissions should include keywords, abstract, introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings, conclusion and contribution.
Publication Opportunity
- Selected papers will be Considered for publication in SCOPUS/UGC CARE listed Journals on the terms & conditions of the respective journal. The publication cost in terms of Article Processing Fee (if any) will be borne by the author(s) separately from Registration Fee.
- All the other papers submitted to the conference will be reviewed by experts in relevant areas and the accepted papers will be published in double blind peer reviewed IPEM Journal or in the form of an Edited Book with ISBN No.
- Two Best Paper Awards based on the decision of the panel will be awarded.
