About IPEM
The Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) established in 1996, conducts various programmes in Management, Computer Application, Law, and Education and is accredited with NAAC ‘A’ grade. The IPEM Group, under the aegis of Laksh Educational Society, registered under the Societies Act, 1860, has a legacy of over 28 years and is located in Ghaziabad. The institute comprises a unique trilogy of students, faculty and corporate mentors, producing some of the best human capital in the country. It intends to graduate students who would become change agents, its vision being to produce professionals who would pioneer the future revolutions. The institute incessantly works for transforming students to competent professionals and strives for developing and maintaining professional excellence with ethical and moral values. The journey since its inception has made the Institute harness the power of various resources for imparting quality education.
About Management Dept.
The Conference is being organized by the Management Department of the Institute. The Department has competent faculty members with different areas of expertise and specialization. The department with its integrity, quality, innovations and teamwork aims at the holistic development of the budding youths. It aims at developing personalities of management students in such a way that they become well equipped to face the challenges of professional as well as personal lives.
About Conference
The term was introduced in a report, “Who Cares Win” published in 2004 by financial institutions at the invitation of the UN to provide the financial sector with recommendations on how to better integrate environmental, social, and governance considerations that could have a material impact on the value of an investment. In a span of 20 years, ESG grew into a global phenomenon.
The National Conference is a common platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals and students to present and share their perspectives, research, and innovative ideas on ESG and Sustainability with respect to India’s role in the same. This is an emerging topic as the world discusses and raises concern over various perspectives of environmental, social and governance. Organizations must include social responsibility, environmental consciousness and ethical practices besides profits in their business models. India is playing a lead role in the implementation of these, striving to excel in the practice and implementation of ESG and Sustainability and is increasingly incorporating ESG into business strategy. The country has witnessed two crucial milestones regarding ESG and sustainability which are making of CSR reporting and spending mandatory since 2013 and SEBI guidelines for Business and Sustainability Reporting, a standard framework. It is imperative to discuss this topic at IPEM, Ghaziabad to help equip the future of India with the knowledge and skills needed for bringing a positive impact and thus contribute to a more responsible, ethical and sustainable business, economy and society.
Quality Education in Higher Management Education is not only the need of the hour but also a major concern of the contemporary education sector. This affects all stakeholders including industry, government, society, academicians, parents and employers. Quality in Higher Management Education is the vision of Business Schools in the 21 st century. In this regard, the conference’s aim is to bring together the best academicians, business executives, research scholars, and students from universities and institutions all over the world to share their perspectives, new ideas, and research findings on all areas of business and management.
This conference will be a platform to learn, share and discuss current and emerging topics in higher management education with thought leaders, technologists, and learning experts. This would be a great knowledge sharing event for a diverse audience embracing international and national participants. Guidelines for Abstract Submission
NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ESG INTO PRACTICE: AN EXPLORATION OF INDIA'S ROLE IN SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS - 2025
- The title of the Manuscript must be clear, concise and in alignment with the theme.
- The extended abstract written in APA 7th edition format and should contain 1000 to 1500 words
- Extended abstracts must be in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double spaced with 1-inch margin all around
- The title page must contain the title, author’s name, name of the corresponding author, author’s affiliation and contact details
- The extended abstract should be followed by 5 to 7 keywords and only key references should be mentioned
- Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the proceedings/edited book published by reputed publishers e.g. Springer/ Taylor & Francis. The book will have an ISBN number
- Abstracts must be submitted at https://psbm.ipem.edu.in/registration/

- Full Manuscript should not exceed 5000 words
- Manuscripts should be aligned with the theme and tracks of the Conference
- Manuscripts must be written in APA 7th edition formatting style
- The cover page of the Manuscript should include the title of the Manuscript, the name(s) of the author(s), their affiliation(s), and contact details
- Manuscripts must be in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double spaced with 1-inch margin all around
- Each Manuscript will undergo a rigorous & standard process of review by experts, after which the authors will be notified
- Several Scopus / ABDC – Listed / SCI Indexed International & National Journals – their special issues are currently under consideration

Publication Opportunity
- Selected papers will be Considered for publication in SCOPUS/UGC CARE listed Journals on the terms & conditions of the respective journal. The publication cost in terms of Article Processing Fee (if any) will be borne by the author(s) separately from Registration Fee.
- All the other papers submitted to the conference will be reviewed by experts in relevant areas and the accepted papers will be published in double blind peer reviewed IPEM Journal or in the form of an Edited Book with ISBN No.
- Two Best Paper Awards based on the decision of the panel will be awarded.
