The Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad- established in 1996, conducts various Programmes in Management (MBA, BBA & B.COM (Hons.), Information Technology (MCA & BCA), Law (BA LLB, B.COM LLB & LLB) and Education (B.Ed. & Diploma in Elementary Education) since its inception with the Approval of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), National Council for Teacher’s Education(NCTE) and affiliation to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. In addition to Teaching & Research and carrying out many other Scholastic & Non- Scholastic activities, the IPEM has been conducting Conferences/ Seminars / Workshops / Guest Lectures on Regular basis. The Aims of the Conference.
- To create awareness among participants, scholars, and faculty of the paradigm shift in business and management and the opportunities as well as challenges arising out of these changes.

- To help participants in developing insights of challenges and opportunities with respect to quality sustenance and enhancement in the sector of higher management education
- To bring forth the paradigm shift in the process of benchmarking, continuous improvement, and assessment of quality in higher management education.
